What is the difference between a Guided journal, a Diary, and a Planner?

ª A Diary is designed to help you reflect about everything important that happened to you in one day. It includes daily pages to be fulfil with your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. The diary has a lot of free writing space. It is perfect for journaling in your free time.

ª A guided journal is based on one subject and includes specific questions to help you be aware of your emotions and thoughts relating to that distinctive topic. 

ª A planner is designed to sit on your desk and help you plan your daily activities.  

What are digital products?

We have designed two kinds of Digital products:

ª Downloadable products had been designed to allow you to work with it directly on your computer or tablet, as the PDF you will receive after purchase is interactive with editable text fields and checkboxes.

ª Printable products are PDF’s that are ready to print at home. Print your own copy and handwrite your answers and notes with a printable A4 version of the same journal. PDF’s can be opened using free Adobe Reader software.

What is the largest size I can print my file in?

This varies depending on the file – all files come with a maximum print size, and most of our prints are designed to be printed at the highest possible resolution. 

I have been slow and my link to download the digital product expired. What can I do?

All downloadable products have an expiry date to protect us from online theft. Please contact us and we will extend the expiry date so that you can download your products.

Delivery

Special Journals will deliver your order as soon as possible. We process and ship orders within 2-3 working days from placing an order however, we always strive to process them within 24 hours. To provide as cost-effective delivery service as possible we use national registered posts. The price for delivery is shown separately from the cost of goods at the checkout stage before you place your order. Delivery times and durations are subject to the terms of the shipping companies, this is completely out of our control. All shipments on orders are considered final transactions and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We aim to keep all product images and descriptions on our website as accurate as possible, however, due to updates on packaging and design, some items may vary slightly on delivery. If you are not happy with what you have received, please contact us at support@specialjournals.ie.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
  • Used products

We encourage you to read the product description carefully and check the images on our website before ordering.

You can request a refund or exchange in the case of faults or damage on your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product(s). Please email support@specialjournals.ie with your order number, a description and a clear photograph of the damaged goods and we will investigate this error for you. As stated above, we do not take responsibility for customer-generated mistakes.

 

If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the product(s) plus any delivery charges you may have paid, within 28 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the product(s) are faulty.
