Special Journals will deliver your order as soon as possible. We process and ship orders within 2-3 working days from placing an order however, we always strive to process them within 24 hours. To provide as cost-effective delivery service as possible we use national registered posts. The price for delivery is shown separately from the cost of goods at the checkout stage before you place your order. Delivery times and durations are subject to the terms of the shipping companies, this is completely out of our control. All shipments on orders are considered final transactions and cannot be cancelled.
We aim to keep all product images and descriptions on our website as accurate as possible, however, due to updates on packaging and design, some items may vary slightly on delivery. If you are not happy with what you have received, please contact us at email@example.com.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective):
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Sale items
- Used products
We encourage you to read the product description carefully and check the images on our website before ordering.
You can request a refund or exchange in the case of faults or damage on your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product(s). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description and a clear photograph of the damaged goods and we will investigate this error for you. As stated above, we do not take responsibility for customer-generated mistakes.
If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the product(s) plus any delivery charges you may have paid, within 28 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the product(s) are faulty.
